It's been a pleasure

This is a Leak by Mr.Houstatlantavegas which is a unfinished track off the upcoming Jeezy Album "Thug Motivation:103". Definitely sounds like a drake song with him singing the hook as always but I hope he changes his verse though since he already used some of it on the "Finale" Track off the "We are Young Money" Album. Check it out after the Drop.

Surf Club

Yo just got hold of this track by Surf Club and definitely two thumbs up on it.

"Chili Chil, B. Carr, Hit Boy and Chase N. Cashe, collectively known as Surf Club, are on the come up quick having produced tracks on both We Are Young Money and Rebirth, they are definitely the dudes to look out for in 2010!"
